A Successful Recruitment Process

There are many factors which play a role in a successful and efficient recruitment process. For us, it's proven that an intensive discussion with the client at the beginning of the process is the most important factor to avoid frustrations and workload on both sides. The better the client describes in a personal discussion what he expects from a candidate, which qualifications are really important and which level of qualification is expected and what kind of attitude and personality fits best to the company’s culture - the better candidates can be pre-selected before they are then presented to the client. Automotive Market and Distributor Research

PRIME Consultancy experiences in 2016 a continuing interest in the automotive industry of local and international suppliers. For instance, over the last months our team has conducted a distributor research for an European originated marking devices specialist. The objective in this project had been to analyze the Indonesian market and identify qualified distributors to increase sales in Indonesia. PRIME Consultancy used the following methodologies: desk research, personal network, interviews with market insiders as well as an in- depth competitors analysis to ultimately derive a short-list of the most suitable distributors.
