Ultimately we took care of the representative office extension and created a limited liability that is licensed as a technical services provider for installation of industrial machinery and equipment as well as machinery repair. AZO assigned PRIME Consultancy thereafter for the recruitment of sales staff and entrusted us to handle their finance administration needs while their team of four permanent staff started working out of one of our serviced offices located withing our own Alamanda Tower premises by February 2020.

PRIME Consultancy started consulting EW Nutrition still within 2017 regarding many details better to pay attention to when a limited liability company has to be established in Indonesia. The German headquarters took the lead and the implementation was executed in close cooperation to the regional office of EW Nutrition in South East Asia in 2018. The Indonesian entity was shaped in line with the corporate culture using practical solutions for the establishment process, i.e. regarding choosing office and initial management and making strategic adjustments to the Articles of Association permitted within the legal framework in Indonesia.

Together with our strategic partner for recruitment, PeopleSolutions, sales staff was identified in 2020 leading on to the establishment of a representative office in Jakarta.
