Our client is looking for self-motivated candidates with a pronounced interest in financial services consulting and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our Jakarta-based team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large banking implementation projects and teams of consultants while developing the company on its growth path. You will also play a key role in acquiring projects, supporting sales efforts, and managing and developing existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire projects and/or support the senior management in acquisitions and sales through strong client engagement
- Manage several projects under an account, including mentoring teams of consultants
- Oversee the implementation and quality control of projects with regards to both budget and content
- Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least eight yearsof experience in the banking industry, preferably in private banking
- At least four years of end-to end experience in leading banking technology projects, with experience in core banking systems implementation a definite advantage
- Experience in managing cross-border projects is an advantage
- Domain expertise covering at least one of these areas: regulatory and compliance, digital banking, operational excellence
- Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
- Experience in sales and project acquisition; network establishments in Indonesia and/or other parts of Asia will be a plus
- Capable of applying technology principles to business
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
