Position Summary:
- Plan, organized and control selling operation of the company product portfolio in order to initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities of project in the solar market/industry.
- Responsible for all project team activities, which included sales, brand specify, technical discussion for project approval, customer service excellent, direct expenses control and personnel planning & team development
- Develop the business from using the company’s existing Partnership to achieve the company’s budgets, profitability and assigned key tasks in the renewable energy business.
Key Responsibilities:
Managerial
- Transfer knowledge on customer approach & sales technique to the Renewable Energy team to ensure distribution of skills and competencies.
- Develop, supervise, motivate and lead project sales to equip them with product know how, system in project, create strategy, selling skill, negotiation skill to ensure effective implementation of the strategy to derive optimal performance.
- Conduct and evaluate sales performance appraisal to everyone on the team to ensure the performance meet the company’s expectation including but not limited to provide one-on-one feedback/coaching.
Operational
- Review market information about competitors’ activities, e.g. products, stock, prices and organizational changes in the assigned Sales area in order to leverage company’s market share
- Determine, manage and optimize the stock level and profile of market segments within incumbent’s purview to establish good’s availability and meet customer’s needs.
- Apply Sales Effectiveness Programme (SEP) to manage project application sales in designed market/industry and conduct regular opportunity meeting of project to review forecast and analyses sales performance.
- Utilize knowledge of market & competitors to identify and develop the Department’s unique selling propositions and differentiation
- Monitor closely all ongoing project executions to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient cost.
- Work closely with marketing team to tailor marketing activities and sales tools.
- Work together with technical team to ensure product’s competitive advantage and image.
- Responsible for project management, by implement client requirements and ensure contractual obligations are made known, coordinate with all related business function involved with the project execution in order to provide solutions through efficient and effective support to all clients.
Commercial
- Set up and create strategy business plan and portofolio for solar segment solution in Indonesia, align with regional strategy plan and Indonesia market.
- Provide commercial support to the sales team and sealing the deal in order to achieve the target.
- Monitor and review the outstanding debts, on a monthly basis, to minimize risk of potential bad debts and to improve cash flow.
- Evaluate our customer’s business, behavior and company structure to provide a solution through efficient technical and commercial service/support to all customers.
- Establish healthy and constructive relations to existing and potential customers in order to create and maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and increase Lapp brand awareness in the market
