Jakob Soerensen - Top Management Advisor
Jakob Friis Sorensen teamed up with PRIME Consultancy in 2016 after having served for A.P. Moller Maersk for more than two decades. His long career path in Indonesia and in the transportation industry brings additional competence to our consulting firm as Senior Advisor. Jakob is very familiar in Indonesian circles and served for EuroCham as Vice-Chairman and Chairman over 6 years until 2014. Mr. Soerensen is currently engaged on another assignment for A.P. Moller Maersk in India. So we are looking forward cooperating with him again sometimes in the future once this assignment is completed.

John Corbett is a business leader with over 20 years’ Asia wide professional experience in executive search and recruitment. John teamed up with PRIME Consultancy by moving into our office in 2017 with his recruitment team. He executes a full range of recruitment assignments across Asia, from technical experts, sales and marketing, legal, finance, management and CEO positions. John is an Australian admitted lawyer and psychologist and has a MA from the University of Melbourne.
Norbert Kehl - Business Development Consultant
Norbert Kehl has a professional background in international marketing and Public Relations, and has been working as a consultant in Indonesia for more 20 years, both for the private sector and for public administrations at the local, provincial and national level. He has helped German-Indonesian joint ventures to set up successfully, among others PT. Teka Indonesia, a kitchen appliances enterprise. Recently he is mainly active in the areas of tourism development, education and new technologies, and cooperates with PRIME consultancy to identify new opportunities for European companies to engage in the Indonesian and ASEAN markets.
Franz Kleindl - Chemical Industry & Mining Specialist
Franz Kleindl has made his career largely in Asia over 20 years, thereof more than 10 years in Indonesia. Over time Mr. Kleindl built up a broad network and understanding of the Indonesian chemical industry and mining sector. Franz Kleindl had been Director of Operations of PT. Sud-Chemie in Indonesia 2003 until retirement in 2014. Nowadays he assists PRIME Consultancy in research projects that need very deep industry knowledge as a freelance consultant.

Farid Tamzil has over 20 years of hands-on experience as a Human Resources executive in local and multinational companies. Farid brings knowledge and expertise in areas of Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Industrial Relations as well as Labor Market Regulations in Indonesia.
Farid was also involved and led several initiatives in the areas of Corporate Communication, Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions, he brings forth strong business acumen, valuable stakeholder management skills, and the capacity to convert relations into long-term retainers.
His industry portfolio includes construction and engineering, chemical, manufacturing, tourism and hospitality and multimedia. Companies he has worked for include PT Guna Teguh Abadi, PT BASF Indonesia, PT Pauwels Trafo Asia and PT Yasawirya Tama Cipta.
