Jochen Sautter is co-founder of PRIME Consultancy and is the appointed President Director there since August 2013. His expertise rests in developing effective solutions for clients facing challenges and difficulties when entering Indonesia newly. His broad knowledge about living and working in Indonesia, his Bahasa Indonesia skills as well as vast management experience are of great value to his clients.  Before joining PRIME Consultancy Jochen Sautter established and managed the German Centre for Industry and Trade in Indonesia as its Managing Director from 1997 to April 2013. During that time, he supported over 160 corporations at the German Centre by hosting and accompanying their endeavours of developing a successful business in Indonesia.  Therefore, the German Centre turned quickly into a key point of contact for German entrepreneurs engaging in many sorts of Indonesia’s business sectors.

Before moving to Indonesia Mr. Sautter worked for two years at L-Bank, just after he completed his study in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Mannheim. Over the course of time he served as a Member of the Board of the German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID), was Vice Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) in Indonesia and guided several tsunami relief projects in Aceh for INDOGERM Direct.

 

Volker Bromund is co-founder and Executive Director of PRIME Consultancy. Besides assisting clients on their market development needs he is creating corporate finance solutions for them as well. Volker Bromund is also knowledgeable on sustainable and green finance initiatives. He acted since 2014 in several instances as advisor to a range of interest groups, including supporting the Indonesian government in drawing up a renewable energy financing program.

Before teaming up at PRIME Consultancy Volker Bromund earned his credentials by working for more than 18 years for Deutsche Bank AG, out of which more than a decade in Indonesia alone, besides having assignments in Malaysia and Hong Kong for several years as well. As Director and Head of Corporate Banking Indonesia he had been responsible for the overall business relationship of Deutsche Bank AG in Indonesia with corporate clients. During his tenure, Volker Bromund had cultivated outstanding business relationships with major companies and also regulators in Indonesia, which he is maintaining until today
