Jochen Sautter – Commissioner
Jochen Sautter co-founded PRIME Consultancy and served as President Director from 2013 to 2025. He is now Commissioner and majority owner of the company. His expertise lies in solving challenges for clients entering markets in Indonesia and Malaysia. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and with extensive management experience, he offers great value to clients.
Before PRIME Consultancy, Jochen was Managing Director of the German Centre for Industry and Trade in Indonesia from 1997 to 2013. There, he supported over 160 companies in developing successful businesses, making the Centre a key contact point for German entrepreneurs across many sectors.
Prior to moving to Indonesia, Jochen worked at L-Bank for two years after studying Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Mannheim. He has also served on the Board of the German-Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (EKONID), was Vice Chairman of EuroCham Indonesia, and led tsunami relief projects in Aceh for INDOGERM Direct. Currently he is the Honorary Treasurer of the Malaysian-German Society based in Penang.

Dewy Martikasari – Director
Dewy Martikasari (called Kalea) got appointed as Director of PRIME Consultancy in 2025 and is the wife of Jochen Sautter and is minority owner of the company.
Kalea has been supporting the business affairs of PRIME Consultancy already for several years as HR Manager, Director of a subsidiary and has been involved in several interim management projects.
This combination of HR expertise and management involvement is strengthening PRIME Consultancy’s ability to deliver comprehensive advisory and operational support across Indonesia and Malaysia. Kalea’s long-term dedication and hands-on role in many interim management projects underpin her deep understanding of client needs and market realities. Together, they contribute to PRIME Consultancy’s mission of ‘Creating Certainty’ for client’s successful expansion in foreign markets.
